Prepayment Policy:

  To make your reservation at the  Complex SARDIS, it is necessary that the value of a 2-night stay be prepaid.

Cancellation Policy:

  If a reservation is cancelled:

  • 25 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor, the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
  • 15-20 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
  • 10 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor, the prepayment is not refunded.
